Deleting Email
How do I delete mail?

ACTION

Select the email(s) to delete by checking the X box.
Clicking the Delete selected button will move the currently displayed message to the Deleted items folder for deletion.

After removing this message, the Message View will display the next entry in the Message Listing.

If I delete mail, can I recover it?

In order to protect you from accidentally deleting messages, they will be moved to the Deleted items folder rather than immediately deleted.

Messages can be permanently deleted by switching to the Deleted items folder and following the Delete procedure.
Is mail automatically deleted?

Depending upon your particular account settings, messages contained in the Deleted items folder may also be deleted when you logout and/or a predetermined limit is reached.

Contact your mail administrator to determine what size or number limitations (if any) may be applied to your account.
