Advanced Options
What do Cc: and Bcc: mean?

Sending a Carbon Copy (CC:)

On the Compose page, the CC: option is used exactly like the TO: header. Type an address or use the Address book feature to enter email addresses to which you wish to send a copy of the message.
All recipients of the message will be able to see that a copy has been sent to the CC: addresses.

You can send the message to multiple CC: recipients by inserting multiple addresses into the CC: header, separated by commas or semicolons.

Sending a Blind Carbon Copy (BCC:)

On the Compose page, use this option exactly like TO: and CC:. The difference between CC: and BCC: is that the BCC: recipient's email address will not appear anywhere on the message itself.

To: and CC: recipients will not be able to see which (or if any) BCC: recipients have received a copy of the message.
